When you arrive at the Overlook III building, park in the parking garage adjacent to the building. Take the elevator down to the lobby level. Follow the signs to level 3, proceeding past the primary set of lobby elevators and cafe to a pair of elevators on your left. Take the elevator down to the 3rd floor. Emcien will be on your right.
