Emcien has helped Terex’s Material Handling & Port Solutions division accomplish the following:
- Improve kitting
- Increase sales by bundling products based on customer buying patterns
- Reduce inventory by leveraging patterns between sales, parts, locations, demographics, customers, and time
This expansion will bring our analytics software to multiple divisions of Terex, providing analytics for customer buying patterns and cross-sells. Emcien will also be used to improve customer services and total customer lifetime value.
