Radhika Subramanian
CEOMs. Subramanian has nearly 20 years of experience helping large, sophisticated organizations optimize their business processes and achieve greater success. She is a leading expert regarding the impact of product complexity on the supply chain and has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 companies to reduce complexity in their organizations. In 1998, she co-founded Idmon Corporation, which specialized in analytical applications for the transportation industry. Idmon was funded by Cordova Ventures and Imlay Investments, and its launch customers were Delta Air Lines, Continental Airlines and South African Airways. The company was sold to Swissair Group in 2001.
Dr. Roy Marsten
Chief ScientistDr. Marsten is a specialist in combinatorial optimization. He founded XMP Software in 1987, which was acquired by ILOG/CPLEX (ILOG was later acquired by IBM). The optimization libraries in ILOG/CPLEX, the most widely used optimization engines, drive applications inside SAP, I2 and others. Dr. Marsten was awarded the prestigious Beale-Orchard-Hays Prize for Excellence in Computational Mathematics in 1991 and the ORSA/CSTS Prize for research excellence in the interface between operations research and computer science in 1992. In 1993, he was a finalist, along with Ms. Subramanian, for the Franz Edelman Prize for Excellence in Management Science. Dr. Marsten co-founded Idmon Corporation with Ms. Subramanian.
Russ Caldwell
CTOMr. Caldwell has over two decades of software design and development experience and has held key engineering positions with Microsoft, Harris Corporation, Elixir Development and Dun & Bradstreet Software. He was co-founder and CTO of Novient, Inc., an innovative software company that pioneered professional services automation (PSA). As a member of the management team, he helped expand Novient to 230 employees, raise $54 million in venture financing and grow revenue to $20 million. Mr. Caldwell led Novient’s product launch with successful deployments at SAP, Accenture and Ernst & Young. Novient was sold to Solution 6, an Australia-based technology company, in 2003.
Mike Merrill
Director of Client ServicesMr. Merrill has over 20 years of software design development experience and has served in engineering, product management and management roles with Citicorp, Indus, Dun & Bradstreet Software and other organizations. As one of Novient, Inc.’s core employees, he helped guide the company’s product and engineering team through a period of rapid growth, later accepting responsibility for product management and software operations. Mr. Merrill provided strategic direction for Novient's customer advisory board and supported key accounts Ernst & Young and Computer Science Corp. with customized products and implementations.
